I want you to get the care you deserve.
Are you looking for an experienced therapist who has an open-mind and caring heart? Someone who will really get you and your needs? I am here to help with anxiety, depression, high sensitivity, emotional reactivity, relationships, trauma, or any other needs you may have.
Careful Listening and Thoughtful Guidance
Through gentle, humanistic and action-oriented therapy, I will help you learn how to manage your feelings and incorporate positive coping. Through careful listening and thoughtful guidance, I will help you (or you and your partner) learn about yourself and your strengths, to gain confidence and to achieve your goals. I want you to know that I’m here to meet you wherever you are in your journey, whether this is the first step or whether you’ve been considering going to therapy for a long time. I’m excited to help you wherever you are.
My Approach
I serve adults, couples, and young adults ages 16-25. My specialization is attachment based work, complex trauma, family systems, and neuro-diversity. I work with clients who have high sensitivity, and I have particular experience working college aged youth, individuals struggling with boundaries, and the treatment of trauma. I have specified training in working with couples using emotionally focused therapy (EFT). My approach is client centered, which means I will meet you (or your partner) where you are without judgment, and with genuine empathy. My goal is to connect with you and solve the problem together. When you work with me you have someone that’s on your team and on your side to try and bring you whatever light and happiness you are seeking.
I Will Be Real With You.
I will welcome you (and your partner), and offer you a safe place to work on emotional issues. A strength of mine is to offer you support in healing through positive coping skills and in gaining insight into the problems you are facing. I will be real with you, and offer unconditional positive regard, genuine emotion, and empathy towards everything you are going through during each step of the process. While therapy is hard work I want you to feel supported in your journey.

Special Focus on Intensity and Unique Differences
I am particularly skilled at helping clients who experience high levels of anxiety and depression as well as those who have experienced complex trauma.
